Not all elite skills are created equal. So if you could suggest to someone just 5 elites they should focus on getting for PvE, what would they be? And remember that not everyone has all the campaigns so at least try to include one core skill or offer one skill from every campaign in your 5. If you want to post honorable mentions or farming skills, that's fine, but try to keep them separate.

My 5:
[hundred blades] - For AoE damage. Gets better if you have factions/NF.
[Dragon slash] - The key to any warrior godmode build
[warriors endurance] - My throwaway pick, but it allows you to get away from ade-based skills if you want to.
[cleave] - spamy damy
[earth shaker] - for an AoE knockdown

Honorable mention:
[triple chop] - Good aoe damage. Cyclone axe compliments it well.

For farming:
[Auspicious Parry] - I heard ade was good for warriors. It's just a rumor, but you never know.

[dragon slash] :with just Factions you have a rampaging death machine that makes your whole party invincible. With EotN you have a 20 second knock lock, with NF it just gets stronger and stronger.

[Enraged Smash] :I've found a bar that works about as well as D-Slash but for hammers. It murders those stupid grawl monks and centaur protecters in HM(if you approach them on a warrior they haul ass, Drunk Master+Enraged+asuran scan gives me about 200 points of damage when I run one down, puts them on the ground and charges [pulverizing smash] and [counter blow] to knocklock with. With a necro that has [dark fury], [withering aura] and [auspicious blow] on myself I can spam it and the counter+pulverize continuously.)

[Earth Shaker] : AoE whupass 'nuff said

[Hundred Blades]: Make things go boom with MoP.

[Warrior's Endurance] : Makes energy based attacks viable. Great for rampaging through festival quests, nothing skins naga faster then power attack.

Honorable Mention: I got a few, ["Charge!"], classic old school runner.

[Devastating Hammer], Very powerful in PvE with heavy blow, people used to tell me hammers were for nubs in pve, then I knock locked Josso Essher, the monk boss in thirsty river, and Willa the Unpleasant, Demetrios the Enduring, Coventina the Matron, the mursaat monk bosses, like they were nothing with this.

[Cleave] and [Whirling axe] are fun, but I don't use axes much in PvE.

For Farming: [Gladiator's Defense] or [Triple Chop]

I just kinda realized while I do use a lot of NF non elites, I rarely use NF elites in PvE...

Really could care less about other elites.

Also, I fail to see why dragon slash isn't in your top 5. It's a very effective build, and the fact that others can't use it because they don't have the required campaigns doesn't make it any less effective. It's certainly one of the best warrior elites for PvE.

[Dragon [email protected]] is not on the list except as a mention why? It doesn't take any campaign other than Factions to have a DSlash/SY Warrior. Sure, you can only have it active while FGJ is up, no Headbutt>Steelfang for massive Adr gain while FGJ is down, but still, as soon as Factions went live, DSlash forever gave Sword Warriors an Elite that was worthy of being an Elite...

[[email protected]] - Cl-Cl-Cl-Cleave Spam!

[Warrior's [email protected]] - Abuse Power Attack/Protector's Strike w/ Axe or Scythe!

[Hundred [email protected]] - Get a Necro in your Party, ask him to carry [Mark of Pain], trigger 100b, autoattack, and watch shit blow up

[For Great Justice!] is Core which you can unlock in the Battle Isles from a Priest of Balthazar/buy from a Skill Trainer no matter which Campaign(s) you have, [Dragon [email protected]] and [Save Yourselves! (Kurzick)] are Factions.

Because at the time I was thinking of Godmode only and not DS/SY.

- [[Vow of Silence] for running Droks.
- [[Warrior's Endurance] to spam attacks.
- [[Hundred Blades] for strong AoE.
- [[Gladiator's Defense] for farming melee.
- [["Charge!"] for running.
- [[Echo] to copy [[Whirlwind Attack] for UW farm.
- [[Defy Pain] for running FoW.
- [[Triple Chop] for strong AoE.
- [[Word of Healing] for running FoW.
- [[Melandru's Resilience] to farm Totem Axes and The Beach and Spider Cave in FoW.
- [[Dragon Slash] to spam.
- [[Charging Strike] for running.
- [[Earth Shaker] for AoE KD.
- [[Quivering Blade] for spamming.

Also, [[Cleave] lost it's effectiveness in the power creep. There are so much more better non-elite attacks you can spam.

[[email protected]] lost power due to the NF Power Creep, yes, but it is far from useless. 3-2-1 Spike doesn't work so well in PvE, constant pressure does. [[[email protected]] is pressure, pure and simple. It is a skill that mighty and brave Warriors use when they feel like using their Elite upon recharge (especially under FGJ! - every other hit Cleave wins!) while they wield an Axe.
